Hong Kong 100km Race “Report”: VLOG/Podcast
Hey Everyone,
Hope your year is off to a great start!
So I’m not much of a writer. My thoughts get expressed best through the medium of video (and probably pictures but I can’t paint or draw!). Below you can watch (via the YouTube VLOG video) and/or listen to my “Race Report” of the Hong Kong 100km this past weekend.
In short, it was a great way to kick off the 2017 Racing Season and the Ultra-Trail World Tour with a 3rd place finish in a competitive 100km race. You can hear all the details, what I learned, and how I’m going to now train in the VLOG here:

PS. there are also some pictures in there!
Thanks for following along and I wish you all the best in 2017!
Cheers,
Coach Sage

I thought the same thing, 2016, was a difficult year.
And some impulse on 2017 would be great…. and I think are moving forward in that direction.
Hey Sage, congrats on your HK100 race!!
I’ve got a question for you, do you think it’s possible for a middle-of-the-pack triathlete and 2:58 marathoner, who lives at sea level, to become MUT international elite in 2-3 years time? Without PEDs I mean… Any chance on earth that this guy might be clean?
Hey thanks! i don’t know who you are talking about?
Well, he also has all the physical traits of a heavy HGH user… Oh, and his family owns a pharmacy store, so I guess he can have easy access to all kind of PEDs…

hey thanks for the info/heads up!
Congrats Sage! You are a beast 🙂
I am an intermediate runner and your videos helps me a lot. I’m trying to run economic and follow your tips to run efficiency but my calves suffer a lot. Any suggestions?
